We at Rytec AS and Rytec AS Kompetansesenter do many exciting things these days. A new and valuable offer from us is an introduction course for foreign suppliers in Norway, which provides insight and knowledge about Norwegian history and culture, with a special focus on corporate culture. At the same time, the course provides a good and important introduction to the railway's structure, key players and the organization of railways in Norway.
This autumn, we at Rytec AS Competence Center had a visit from a great school student on placement during his work week. Nichlas has a great desire to become a locomotive driver, and this autumn took his first step in that direction. Throughout the work week, Kate Helen Fornstedt, who is the leader of Rytec AS Competence Center, has given him an "dream week" out of the ordinary.
It is over a year since Rytec AS joined the project that we have chosen to call "Start-up Western Region". Last year, Unibuss AS won two driving contracts for scheduled buses in Bærum and asked us at Rytec if we could help with the preparations.
Earlier this year, one of Rytec AS's consultants, Odd Eirik, participated in a factory test of new electric buses that will go into traffic in the summer of 2020.
On Wednesday, November 27, Bane NOR invited suppliers and partners to railway tender conference to present their plans with a focus on railway technology.
Bane NOR is working through the ERTMS program to implement a new digital signal system on the entire Norwegian rail network. Rytec is taking part as RAMS advisor.
