Odd Eirik Hardem

Odd Eirik holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southeast Norway. His degree has provided him with knowledge and experience in areas such as mechanical components, design, systems engineering, physics, and mathematics. Before starting his studies, Odd Eirik obtained a vocational certificate as a plumber and has experience as a foreman and technical draftsman.

Odd Eirik joined Rytec after the summer of 2018. His current role at Rytec involves assisting in various project teams, gathering information, contacting clients, and preparing project documents. He has contributed to various permission processes in Norway and Sweden, as well as engaging in contractual work and project management for a new office building in Sweden.
